How to Measure Replacement Stove Glass

1 min read

If the original glass is still available, measure the glass itself rather than estimating its size from the outside of the stove door.

Measure both the width and height carefully and check each measurement before ordering.
If using the cut-to-size calculator

Enter the width and height in centimetres (cm).

For example:

A piece measuring 350mm x 250mm should be entered into the calculator as:

35cm x 25cm

A piece measuring 333mm x 275mm should be entered as:

33.3cm x 27.5cm

The calculator fields should always clearly state that measurements must be entered in centimetres.
If ordering by stove make and model

Product sizes and dimensions shown elsewhere on the website should normally be displayed in millimetres.

For products listed by stove make and model, compare the dimensions on our website with your existing panel before placing your order.

If the glass is shaped, create an accurate full-size template rather than trying to describe a complicated profile using only width and height measurements.

If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will be happy to advise.
